Professional Experience

Dan Peterson joined Whipple & Duyck, P.C., in August, 2009 and focuses his practice in all areas of commercial litigation, business litigation and real estate litigation. Peterson has particular experience protecting creditor’s rights and pursuing their remedies, both inside and outside Oregon Bankruptcy Court. Prior to joining Whipple & Duyck, Peterson was an associate attorney at a large regional law firm and was a law clerk with the Trial Division of the Oregon Department of Justice. In recognition of his professional achievement, Mr. Peterson’s peers nominated him as a "Rising Star," a designation for attorneys who are 40 years old and younger and who have been in practice 10 years or less. Only 2.5% of all Oregon attorneys receive this designation.
